Best NFL celebrations of Week 9

(Whether it's a touchdown dance, a game-clinching reaction or just some player breaking it down on the sidelines, everybody can appreciate a good celebration. Shutdown Corner breaks down the best celebrations of Week 9.)

4. Kansas City Chiefs DB Sean Smith returns INT 100 yards, pulls a Deion – Just when Kansas City's perfect record appeared to be in jeopardy Sunday against the Bills, Smith delivered a momentum-swinging 100-yard interception return to tie the game at 10-10. The cornerback celebrated en route to the end zone with a little Deion Sanders high-stepping and nearly got caught. After the game – a 23-13 win for the Chiefs – Smith admitted he didn't have any energy left to celebrate after his score because he was "too tired."

3. St. Louis Rams TE Jared Cook doesn't hold back – OK, so Cook's celebration after his 10-yard touchdown wasn't the most original, but he still gets an 'A' for enthusiasm. After Rams backup QB Kellen Clemens threaded the needle and Cook survived a Tennessee crunch in the end zone, Cook let it all out in throwing the ball toward the end zone wall – nearly drilling a referee in the process – and then finished up dancing with teammates. Double points for overall intensity.

2. Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton – Newton got plenty of bang for his buck after scoring an eight-yard rushing touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. First, he mocked Atlanta's "Dirty Bird" dance, then did his own Superman busting out diddy, and then capped it all off by handing the touchdown ball to a young Panthers fan in the stands by the end zone. Cue the 'Awwww' …

1. Dallas Cowboys DT Nick Hayden recovers fumble, parties like a rock star – Hayden took the cake on the celebration front Sunday. The defensive tackle seized the moment after defensive end George Selvie stripped Minnesota Vikings QB Christian Ponder of the ball in the third quarter, pouncing on it in the end zone for a touchdown. Hayden then channeled his inner Guitar Hero, shredding a tasty number on the air guitar before pile-driving the imaginary instrument into the turf.
