Jerry Kill doesn't want to do anything to mess up Minnesota's winning streak.
After he took an indefinite leave of absence from coaching the team to manage his epilepsy after suffering a seizure before the Michigan game on October 5, but has been in the press box for the Gophers' last two games against Northwestern and Nebraska, both wins.
He's not going to change that routine against Indiana.
With interim coach Tracy Claeys coaching on the field -- and providing us some awesome quotes --Kill has taken on some duties while in the press box, though Kill said Tuesday that ""I've been around a lot more than you think."
The Gophers, now 6-2, didn't expect him to be at the Northwestern game, but he surprised the team that morning and delivered a speech at halftime during Minnesota's 20-17 win. Last week, Minnesota upset the ranked Huskers, who were a double digit favorite.
And if the team keeps on winning, you likely won't be seeing Kill on the field any time soon.
